The decal process of ceramic flower paper has the following requirements for the environment:
Temperature requirements
Generally speaking, applique environment temperature should be maintained at 15 ℃ - 30 ℃. Temperature is too high, the glue drying speed is too fast, may lead to flower paper has not been fully affixed on the dry knot, bubbles, wrinkles and other issues, but also affect the adhesion of the glue, reducing the firmness of the decal; temperature is too low, the glue drying speed is too slow, will extend the production cycle, and may make the performance of the glue changes, the same impact on the effect of the decal.
Humidity requirements
Environmental humidity to 40% - 60% appropriate. Humidity is too high, the paper is easy to absorb the moisture in the air becomes wet, affecting its ceramic surface with the fit, and in the drying process may appear pattern staining, paper wrinkles and other phenomena; humidity is too low, the paper will become brittle, easy to rupture in the process of decal, but also accelerate the drying of glue, is not conducive to the operation.
Cleanliness requirements
Decal environment needs to be kept clean, reduce dust and impurities. If there is more dust in the environment, the dust may adhere to the flower paper or ceramic surface during the decal process, resulting in poor adhesion of the flower paper, or surface defects after firing, affecting the appearance of the ceramic product quality.
Ventilation requirements
Good ventilation helps to exclude the odor and harmful gases generated by the volatilization of glue, to protect the health of operators. At the same time, ventilation can also promote the glue drying process of solvent evaporation, so that the glue faster curing, but to avoid strong winds blowing directly, so as not to affect the effect of the paste of the flower paper and drying uniformity.
