Production process
Design and plate making: According to the customer's demand or design ideas, use the professional design software to draw the pattern, and then make the printing plate for printing through the plate making process, such as screen plate, lithographic plate, intaglio plate and so on.
Printing: The modulated ink is printed onto the flower paper through the selected printing process to form the required pattern. In the printing process, the ink drying speed, printing pressure, color register accuracy and other parameters need to be strictly controlled to ensure the quality of the pattern.
Drying treatment: After printing the flower paper needs to be dried, so that the solvent in the ink evaporates and the pattern is fixed on the flower paper. Drying methods include natural drying, hot air drying, ultraviolet drying, etc. Different inks and flower paper materials need to choose the appropriate drying method.
Inspection and packaging: the printed ceramic flower paper quality inspection, check the clarity of the pattern, color accuracy, color accuracy and other indicators to meet the requirements. Qualified flower paper in accordance with certain specifications for packaging for transportation and storage.
Decal process
Preparation: First of all, the ceramic body or ceramic products have been glazed surface cleaning process, remove dust, oil and other impurities to ensure that the paper can be firmly pasted on the surface. Then according to the shape and size of the ceramic products, cut the appropriate size of ceramic flower paper.
Paste flower paper: soak the flower paper in water or use special decal glue, so that the adhesive layer on the back of the flower paper is wet, and then paste the flower paper accurately on the ceramic surface. For some complex shapes of ceramic products, you may need to use special tools and techniques, such as spray guns, sponges, etc., to ensure that the flower paper can be flat on the surface, to avoid bubbles, folds and other problems.
Drying and curing: After applying the floral paper, the ceramic products need to be dried to make the glue on the floral paper cured and the floral paper tightly bonded to the ceramic surface. The drying temperature and time depends on the type of glue and the material of ceramic products.
